This yoga class invites connection to your body as a way of befriending with respect rather than using your body to get into poses.

Body Respect Yoga Cultivates-   

  • Connecting to your body’s wisdom and appetite
  • Creating kindness and compassion toward your body
  • Developing a relationship with your body as your partner, not an object to be judged
  • Feeling safe and cared for in a sweet community with others on a similar path
  • Permission to create a practice which invites you to take up space

A class free of Body Shaming and Food Rules.

Debra is certified in Curvy Yoga with additional training in Accessible Yoga and Trauma-Informed Yoga/Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness.

Fee is $75 for 6 weeks.
