Debra is dedicated to providing a safe and accessible yoga class which invites a kinder, more compassionate relationship with your body. This class is much more about developing a connection with your body through the poses rather than using your body to create a certain pose. She is certified in Curvy Yoga, Accessible Yoga, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.

Each 6-week class series is $70.
