- Connecting to your body’s wisdom, and appetite
- Creating kindness and compassion toward your body
- Developing a relationship with your body as your home, not an object to be judged
- Feeling safe and cared for in a sweet community with others on a similar path
- Giving yourself permission to take up space
A class free of Body Shaming and Food Rules.
