Yoga that invites connection to your body with kindness rather than using your body to get into poses. Body Respect Yoga is

  • Connecting to your body’s wisdom, and appetite
  • Creating kindness and compassion toward your body
  • Developing a relationship with your body as your home, not an object to be judged
  • Feeling safe and cared for in a sweet community with others on a similar path
  • Giving yourself permission to take up space

A class free of Body Shaming and Food Rules.
Fee is $75 for 6 weeks.
